Over Syracuse with the Cobras .
On November 1, 2007, I've had the long awaited opportunity to shoot some F-16s from the 174th Fighter Wing over upstate New York. With the help from the New Hampshire ANG at Pease ANGB, I had a chance to catch the Cobras in flight before their planned conversion to a new type in 2008. Weather conditions were good that day and at 22,000 feet over Syracuse, it was going to be a busy day for me with no less than eight receivers demanding fuel. The light was a little problematic for me but I managed to get some good shots overall!
Special thanks to Gripper and the crew of Pack 22!
